Colleen Connery | | Wow...is that challenging. I wish I could only work in the mornings!! :-)
The process I used to ensure I got everything done and kept myself organized was "time-mapping". I learned the process, and created my time-map thru www.SmarterSmallBusiness.com. They are an online resource that help small business owners learn how to build the business to achieve whatever goals you want.
My time-map has been invaluable. I only take meetings during certain times, I work ON the business every week during a very specific time, I work IN the business during very specific times...and I've even scheduled out my surfing in Ryze...and it's proven quite successful for me. Though extremely painful in the beginning. Learning to not jump every time the phone rings or the email buzzer sounds was the most difficult.
Focusing on what was scheduled has improved my bottom line even. Go check 'em out...it was free for the first 30 days, and it's really helped me.
