So you can guess that my answer will basically be to work your current customer database. You're in an online networking forum so that's no surprise to that answer.
Two more suggestions however.
1. Re-Post a variation of this on a busier forum because I was sure you'd get much more response than this. I'd suggest B2B as one of the top busiest ones.
2. If you want to get more than referrals in your marketing, develop a USP. I don't see one on your website other than one that explains what a VA does ie "Let us handle the "piddly" stuff. & Professional Service When You Need It Most!"
